Debbie Kiederer is a veteran of the retail industry with more than three decades of experience repositioning luxury and premium consumer and media brands in the digital space with a strong global sensibility.  

In 2001, Kiederer founded ChalkDust Consulting, a strategic online consulting practice with a client list of Fortune 500 companies in the beauty, fashion, luxury consumer products, consumer electronics and media companies, wellness studios, promotional, marketing, and advertising agencies, not-for-profits, and start-ups space.  She most recently developed a fashion-tech platform that personalizes and socializes the shopping experience, Vanishing Hanger®.

Debbie has also served on several not-for-profit boards; currently, with EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization), she is the Regional Council Leadership Director and Member Engagement Director for the US East region.

She also served as President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization of New York (EONY) Chapter for the 2021-22 term. She has held several board positions to date, including EO House: New York Chair, Mentorship Chair, and GSEA Chair, which saw a global winner in 2019.

In 2023, Debbie received the Living Beyond Yourself Award in recognition of her work with EONY and the Regional Council as USE Products Director. In 2024, she was honored with the EONY Entrepreneur of the Year Award, as voted by the EONY membership.

Additionally, Debbie was named one of the Top 25 Women to Watch in Luxury for 2015, and Retail Disruption in 2017. She is a founding member of the Digital Innovation in Marketing Advisory Council at the Fox School, Temple University, where she mentors a yearly Capstone project. She is a member of Cosmetic Executive Woman (CEW) and The International Women's Leadership Association, an advisor to meta5, and a founding advisor of Tenovos, the leading digital asset platform for enterprise brands.
